Guess what the problem all along was? Just modem reconfiguration!!!! And to think those 171 agents and supervisors gave me those baloney on fixing the cabinets & stuff!! Globelines Customer Service definitely down the drain!!!! They do not care less about service restoration which has gone from ok (24 hours restoration) to bad (5 days restoration) to worse (we are sorry ma'am but we will report your concern!!!!
